I may have made a serious mistake.

In the spirit of the season (Baseball) I decided to participate in a fantasy baseball league (Yahoo).  I did this last year with a group of college friends and had fun.  So, before the season started, I sent some email around to last years participants and even got a couple of new people involved.  We did an autodraft and we're off.

In the meantime, I saw a thread on TotalFark.com  about a TF fantasy league (Yahoo).  I had also done a TF team last year so I signed up immediately.  The TF league did an autodraft and it's also up and running.

A couple of days later, I saw another TotalFark thread and signed up for another TF fantasy league (also Yahoo).  We did a live draft, which was a lot of fun.

It appears I might have an addiction to Yahoo Fantasy Baseball leagues.  Maybe I can get in on a couple of mid-season drafts.

Of course, my forecast is that I will fail miserably in all three leagues. In order to be successful I would have to devote daily attention to each of my teams.  It also probably doesn't help that I didn't do a tremendous amount of research before the drafts and that, when in doubt, I picked players based on my historical affinity for the team on which they play.

Most likely, I will concentrate any effort I make on the team in the league with my college buddies.  Bragging rights and all…
